the breakfast, it offered a fantastic variety. It caters to all dietary preferences. Arrival were seamless with staffs, they waited to escort us on the scenic boat ride.

the view from the island, it is not nice. There are cranes. i did not feel like i are on a 5 paradise island like i have felt on previous trips. service weren't great at times and they often forget our order.

I found the speedboat transfer from the airport very convenient and efficient! the staff was there to greet me and guide me through the immigration process. i also appreciated the resort's cleanliness. It was super clean everywhere! the musical theme throughout the resort was fun and created a lively atmosphere. the bicycle rentals made getting around the island easy!

the standard all-inclusive drink options were somewhat limited. upgrading to premium is recommended for a wider selection.

The island is so pretty and offers great amenities. arrival went smoothly. Staff greeted me and escorted me on the boat ride to the marina. breakfast had an excellent variety and catered to all dietary needs. it's very romantic, so tender

on arrival the reception had many employees, but i had to wait. i waited almost half an hour before someone helped me. then, i had to go to the room to finish the paperwork. it's not very idealistic, it is so sad

i felt everything seemed perfectly tailored, staff are very attentive and care to create a wonderful holiday. the overwater villa i stayed in was very spacious, i believe it was a two-bedroom villa with ample room. beaches are pure bliss, food i had at the hotel were good with many restaurants available.

i observed that the buggy service was slow. i often waited a long time after i had requested one. i sometimes just walked because that seemed more efficient.

I was a bit UNHAPPY. the buggy service was often slow. We waited a very long time. turndown service was also missing which I found disappointing, especially for the price. it made me question the overall quality of service.
